Kefalonia;♥

Over the summer, I went to the greek island of Kefalonia for a week, and it was the best holiday. It was so peaceful and all you could hear was the sound of the waves coming on to the shore, and the sound of all the crickets in the trees. It was so hot everyday, and the weather was perfect. The highest temperature was about 45/46 degrees c, which was super hot! I think I can safely say that I got a tan! I went with my mum, dad, and my 11 year old sister. It was amazing! We went to the beach, ate delicious greek food, sunbathed by the pool over looking the beach, went in a huge cave, went in a boat around a huge collapsed cave, and saw turtles in the local village! Every night we would go down to the beach front, pick a different restaurant, and eat amazing greek foods. Then we would go back up to our apartments where there was a bar, and my parents would buy me a malibu and then my sister a coke, and we would sit in the heat, looking out to the sea. What a life! It was so beautiful. Even though it meant I couldn't get very good holiday presents, it was amazing how there was no shops nowhere, and barely any people! I loved it so much, and I think we are going back next year! I would recommend this to anyone as it is such a good holiday, and amazing to relieve stress and just relax!

I miss it already!
